Applications until: 10/28/2025. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Contribute to the MANAGEMENT team in the budgeting process by providing information and updating the SAP database, aiming to meet the demands of the Integrated MANAGEMENT System. * Support managers in the supply process of materials and inputs required for operational activities by monitoring demands and interacting with the PROCUREMENT department. * Ensure administrative services are performed through process control, demonstrating that activities are being carried out according to established standards. * Update the SAP system, promoting DATA INTEGRATION to meet the needs of various company DEPARTMENTS. * Facilitate communication between the management group and other partners using various COMMUNICATION methods, contributing to the Integrated MANAGEMENT System. * Pursue CONTINUOUS improvement in administrative processes through joint work with various company DEPARTMENTS, optimizing processes, improving system utilization, and meeting end-customer needs. * Facilitate the company's interaction with public agencies, institutions, and surrounding communities through positive formal and informal relationships. * Ensure company-established rules are followed by partners and internal teams through guidance and monitoring of operational procedures. * Act as a key SAP system user by providing suggestions and exchanging information for developments and improvements interfacing with the DEPARTMENT. * Promote Quality, HEALTH AND SAFETY, Environmental, and FSC programs through constant awareness among service providers and employees. * Contribute to the IMS (Integrated Management System) through continuous self-assessment of processes, activities, and DEPARTMENT structure. * Contribute to continuous improvement in forestry processes by suggesting innovations and identifying specific material resource needs through collaboration with support DEPARTMENTS and the management team. * Know and apply IMS procedures and standards. Serve as a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care. * Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integrate prevention into daily routines.
