The Cleaning Assistant is responsible for ensuring hygiene, organization, and maintenance of environments, contributing to a safe, pleasant, and welcoming space for customers and employees. **Required Competencies:** * **Proactivity** to act in advance, taking initiative to resolve issues and perform tasks without waiting for instructions. * **Discipline** to rigorously follow processes, rules, and routines. * **Organization** to keep materials, tools, and environments orderly. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general cleaning services throughout the store, maintaining both interior and exterior areas clean and organized. * Carry out selective waste collection, correctly separating recyclable and disposable materials, promoting sustainability and organization. * Perform other related duties as required by the department or organization, remaining available to assist with cleaning-, organization-, or maintenance-related requests.
