We are seeking a **Training Instructor** to plan, prepare, and deliver theoretical and practical training sessions aligned with projects, schedules, and operational area needs. The selected candidate will be responsible for **preparing, delivering, monitoring, and documenting training activities**, ensuring participants understand the content, develop competencies required for their roles, and act in alignment with internal procedures, safety standards, occupational health, quality, and environmental preservation. Here, we believe people development is essential to strengthening safer, more efficient, and sustainable operations. **Area of Operation:** Training / Occupational Safety / Operational Development **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Training Instructor**, you will be responsible for delivering capacity-building initiatives aimed at the technical, behavioral, and operational development of employees, contributing to reinforcing a safety culture and excellence in industrial activities. Your main responsibilities will include: * Planning, preparing, and delivering theoretical, technical, and practical training sessions according to project scope, schedule, and area needs. * Organizing materials, resources, equipment, and environments required for training delivery. * Guiding participants, clarifying doubts, and monitoring performance during activities to ensure optimal understanding of content. * Administering training evaluations when required and consolidating results. * Recording and tracking all training activities under your responsibility—including attendance lists, evidence, system entries, and other internal controls. * Entering training information into the system, ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. * Maintaining training support materials and equipment, ensuring proper conservation, availability, and appropriate usage during capacity-building activities. * Participating in the development, review, and updating of training materials, instructional resources, and content, aligned with area objectives. * Acting as a multiplier of safety best practices, reinforcing adherence to standards, procedures, GEDs (Good Engineering Documents), and internal guidelines. * Supporting and strengthening the safety culture, ensuring implementation of the **SafeAgri** program—including **Life-Saving Behaviors** and **Fatal Risk Protocols**. * Encouraging safe practices by submitting necessary reports and guiding teams on risk prevention. * Enforcing and reinforcing correct use of **PPEs and Engineering Controls (EPCs)** per applicable standards and procedures. * Identifying, advising on, and reporting potential non-conformities, supporting corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement actions. * Pursuing ongoing technical development through research, learning, and dissemination of knowledge and best practices across teams. * Conducting field activities when required—including practical training delivery, team follow-up, and operational guidance. * Performing other duties related to the role, as needed by the area and leadership direction. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Technical degree in **Occupational Safety**. * Valid and active **Driver's License Category B**. * Certification as a **Training Instructor**, with proof. * Basic computer literacy, including tools for registration, control, material development, and training communication. * Availability to work in an industrial and field environment, as required by activities. * Willingness to reside in **Dracena/SP** and/or **Junqueirópolis/SP**. * Commitment to safety, occupational health, quality, and environmental standards and procedures. * Strong communication skills, organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. ### **Desirable Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in related fields. * Prior experience as a trainer, multiplier, occupational safety technician, or training facilitator. * Knowledge of adult learning methodology. * Experience developing didactic materials, presentations, assessments, and instructional resources. * Exposure to operational training, onboarding, occupational safety, or team development. * Familiarity with behavioral safety programs. * Experience with training management systems, internal controls, and competency recordkeeping. * Experience in industrial environments, mills, agro-industries, or field operations. * Knowledge of regulations, procedures, risk analysis, PPE/EPC usage, and accident prevention practices. **Expected Profile** ------------------- We seek a professional with a facilitator mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to convey content clearly, concisely, and interactively.
