The pharmacist is responsible for ensuring technical service and accurate guidance to customers, guaranteeing the safe use of medications, compliance with sanitary regulations, and control of medications subject to specific legislation. The role includes delivering pharmaceutical services—such as vaccine administration, rapid tests, and pharmaceutical care—as well as supporting the team in adhering to good practices and responding to regulatory inspections. **Required Competencies:** * Acting ethically, confidentially, and professionally, safeguarding information confidentiality and respecting internal company policies. * Discipline to rigorously follow established processes, procedures, and regulations. * Emotional Intelligence to maintain balance, emotional control, and professional demeanor, even in adverse situations. * Meticulousness with full attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks performed. * Proactivity to anticipate problems, take initiative, and act swiftly to resolve issues. * Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate, listen, understand, and respect colleagues and customers, fostering a harmonious and collaborative environment. * Responsibility: Taking tasks, decisions, and their impacts on customer service and pharmacy operations seriously. * Teamwork: Collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals with the team. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct verification of controlled medications upon stock receipt (batch number, MS registration, and quantity) and maintain an updated report. * Control sales of controlled medications by retaining prescriptions and submitting them to competent authorities (ANVISA, SIVISA). * Respond to inspections conducted by regulatory agencies (CRF, SIVISA). * Provide pharmaceutical services to customers, including guidance on correct medication usage and dosage. * Develop and conduct team training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Supervise and guide the administration of injectables. * Administer vaccines. * Monitor and guide pharmaceutical care services, such as blood pressure, temperature, blood glucose, and rapid tests—including COVID-19 testing. * Support the team in complying with ordinances, dispensing controlled medications, and implementing RDCs (Regulatory Normative Resolutions). * Ensure compliance with current sanitary regulations and legislation. * Provide customer service aimed at guiding and responsibly facilitating sales. * Perform other related duties as required by the pharmacy.
