Training and professional development **Job Summary** --------------- 360factors is seeking a motivated and results\-driven Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping organizations improve risk and compliance management. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound channels including emails, LinkedIn and calls to set up appointments and free trials. * Present and demonstrate 360factors’ solutions to prospective clients * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders * Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies * Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets * Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory landscape **Required Qualifications** --------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field * 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Experience selling risk management, compliance, or financial services software * Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management concepts * Familiarity with B2B sales processes **Key Skills** -------------- * Lead generation \& prospecting * Relationship management * Sales pipeline management * Closing \& negotiation * Problem\-solving and analytical thinking **What We Offer** ----------------- * Competitive salary \+ commission structure * Opportunities for career growth * Dynamic and collaborative work environment * Training and professional development Send us your resume at careers@360factors.com mentioning the position in subject line.
