




Technical Support \- Monday/Friday: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM We are looking for someone with experience in technical support who is capable of providing high-quality support to our customers. The ideal candidate must be able to diagnose technical issues, provide effective solutions, and maintain a high level of communication with customers. The professional profile should include, at a minimum, experience in technical support and basic knowledge of computers and systems. The candidate must be proactive, have a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a dynamic and high-demand environment, as well as ease in dealing with customers. The position requires an organized individual capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing efficiently. The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, along with technical documentation abilities.
