We are looking for a **Data Engineer** for a strategic project to structure and integrate data across legacy and current systems, build ETL/ELT pipelines, ensure data quality, and enable strategic dashboards for decision-making. This project serves as the foundation for future AI initiatives, beginning with data organization and governance. **Objective** Structure data between legacy systems and the company’s current systems Build ETLs, organize and process data internally Centralize information to generate dashboards supporting decision-making Prepare the company for future AI work (but only after data is properly structured) **Required Profile** Data Engineer, Mid to Senior level Approximately 5+ years of experience Strong expertise in: Advanced SQL (Microsoft SQL as standard) ETL construction Power BI Python and R Data modeling Pipeline orchestration Cloud platforms, especially Azure (Databricks, etc.) **Work Model** Hybrid (2–3 days per week onsite in Indaiatuba) Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering (Mid or Senior level) * SQL Server (Microsoft SQL) * ETL/ELT, Power BI * Python * Azure **Languages** English for conversation (interface with global team) Spanish is desirable
