We have an opening for you to become **SSD Brasil \- IT Analyst III** **Your role here will be:** * Act as Operations and Monitoring Manager, responsible for transforming the IT Operations area. Your primary mission will be to ensure the quality and availability of critical banking services, meet SLAs through continuous operation and monitoring of both critical and non-critical systems, manage and handle alerts in accordance with established KPIs, and lead the implementation of new monitoring and automation tools to drive the evolution of the area. * Manage and resolve events and incidents (preventive and corrective), ensuring service stability. * Perform impact analysis and appropriate prioritization when resolving alerts. * Automate operational processes, reducing manual tasks using tools such as Ansible, and promoting the use of Dynatrace, Grafana, Elastic, and ServiceNow for monitoring and dashboards. * Execute technical activities aligned with IT Governance (ITSM), ensuring compliance with ITIL and COBIT processes. * Monitor and support planned infrastructure and application changes, actively participating in maintenance windows and disaster recovery activities. * Work on a 24x7 basis, including weekend on-call shifts to oversee critical changes. * Key Responsibilities * Leadership/coordination * Monitoring and Operation of Critical Banking Systems, ensuring excellence in execution of operational workflows. * Communication of critical service status and post each scheduled change. * Management of technical events and alarms (Mainframe, Gravity, Cloud, and Distributed). * Development and enhancement of dashboards to facilitate monitoring of the production chain. * Participation in audit and compliance processes (Sox Control). * Execution of Disaster Recovery tests to ensure operational resilience.
