




#### **About the position:** * Work as a baker at Mateus Group, responsible for the production and control of bread and other bakery products, ensuring quality and standards established by the company. * Work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with the team to meet daily production targets. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Carry out product separation and control fermentation and baking times. * Supervise the bakery assistant in their activities, providing guidance whenever necessary. * Ensure that production materials are organized. * Monitor the organization of the freezer chamber and participate in item order analysis. * Follow food hygiene, safety and quality standards. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Experience in oven operation, production and baking. * High school diploma. * Availability to work on a 6x1 shift schedule.
