Goods Receipt** * Verify received products against invoices and purchase orders. * Check package integrity, item temperature, and expiration dates. * Record incoming goods in the system or spreadsheets. **2. Cold Storage Warehousing** * Organize and store goods following FIFO, LIFO, or FEFO principles. * Identify products using labels, batch numbers, and dates. * Ensure proper distribution on shelves or pallets. **3. Product Handling** * Move goods within the cold storage area using manual or electric pallet jacks. * Transport goods between internal areas (receiving, warehousing, order picking, and shipping). * Take care to avoid damage to products and equipment. **4. Order Picking** * Pick products according to pick lists, internal orders, or customer orders. * Verify quantities, batches, codes, and expiration dates. * Assemble pallets or boxes for shipment, ensuring stability and correct identification. **5. Shipping** * Verify shipment volumes prior to loading. * Assist in organizing and loading trucks. * Record outgoing goods in the system. **6. Quality and Temperature Control** * Monitor internal cold storage temperatures and product temperatures. * Immediately report any irregularities (temperature fluctuations, loss of cooling, damaged products). * Follow food safety protocols and good warehousing practices. **7. Cleaning and Organization** * Maintain a clean, organized, and unobstructed work environment. * Perform periodic cleaning according to company procedures. * Contribute to equipment and facility maintenance. **8. Workplace Safety** * Use mandatory PPE: thermal gloves, anti-slip boots, thermal jacket, etc. * Comply with cold storage safety regulations (maximum exposure time, thermal breaks). * Report incidents, damages, or hazards to supervision. **9. Operational Support** * Assist with cycle counts and full inventories. * Update inventory records. * Support other logistics departments as needed.
