Leadership and team development for PCP and shipping ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Production Planning and Control (Core) Loading List Updates: Managing the queue of ready orders and informing Shipping which items to prioritize according to the production plan. Inventory Control: Managing levels of raw materials (polypropylene, paints, additives) and finished goods, ensuring accuracy through physical inventories. Weekly Revenue Forecasting: Analyzing what is currently on the production line to forecast the financial volume to be released for billing during the week. Efficiency Audits: Verifying whether machine runtime and material waste comply with established standards. Development of New Efficiencies: Creating methods to improve raw material utilization and reduce machine setup time. Data and KPI Management (Industrial BI) GDD ADM Data: Responsible for feeding and analyzing administrative and operational performance indicators for the unit. Monthly Closing Data: Consolidating production figures from all departments for executive and accounting reports. Production Incentives: Calculating productivity metrics to determine incentives and bonuses for the manufacturing team. People and Administrative Management Team Leadership: Direct management of PCP analysts and assistants, plus support to Shipping leadership (focused on outbound flow). Team Development: Identifying competency gaps and training employees on control processes and systems. Overtime Control: Monitoring the overtime bank and assessing the need for additional hours based on planned machine workload. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; experience managing PCP/processes teams in industrial environments; knowledge of management tools and ERP systems; ability to commute easily to Caruaru/PE for on-site work. ### **JOB BENEFITS** Health insurance plans, meal vouchers. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Types:** CLT and PJ
