Produce graphic materials, provide support in organizing internal and external meetings and events. Responsibilities and duties * Maintenance of social media; * Digital actions; * Analysis and reports; * Event coverage; * Internal work requests; * Development of audiovisual material at Cardeal Studio; * Recruiting suppliers, collaborators, and clients for recordings at Cardeal Studio and studio recording; * Broadcasting internal and external live streams; * Maintenance of e\-commerce platforms (Loja Cardeal); * Maintenance of institutional website (Cardeal Distribuidora); * Control and request of promotional activities; * Control and request of coffee breaks and meals; * Control and request of decorations; * Budget control for projects handled by the Marketing department; * Control and storage of merchandising materials for campaigns and meetings. Requirements and qualifications * Completed or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related fields; * Proficiency in Adobe Suite tools (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator); * Knowledge of basic photography and videography; * Prior experience in the role will be considered a plus.
