Working Hours: (5x2\) \- Monday to Friday \- 07:30 \| 12:00 \- 13:00 \| 17:18 Your day-to-day responsibilities:* Manage the service level of the Operator by monitoring returned and canceled volumes, identifying critical customers, and working with partners to improve regional delivery efficiency; * Monitor customer service calls related to Logistics and act to ensure customer satisfaction; * Ensure daily and monthly inventories and shelf life controls; * Monitor deliveries to major retail chains regarding scheduling issues and contact commercial support when necessary; * Support transfers, preventing stockouts and overstocking; * Provide support to the local sales team; * Assist with commercial fleet demands; * Monitor performance indicators within your area of responsibility, assess trends, and define action plans for indicators showing deviations; * Conduct periodic meetings with team members and partners to present goals and track results. 2510220202531823581
