Job Description: What you need to have: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * At least six months of experience in Logistics Operations and Team Management; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. It will be a plus if you: * Have basic English language skills; * Possess technical knowledge in Logistics Operations; SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products for Data Processing) / ERP; Performance Indicator Management; Budgeting; * Have over three years of experience in the responsibilities of this role. Work Schedule: (5x2) — Monday to Friday — 7:30 AM | 12:00 PM — 1:00 PM | 5:18 PM Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Managing the service level of the Operator by monitoring returned and canceled order volumes, identifying critical customers, and collaborating with partners to improve regional delivery efficiency; * Monitoring customer service center (SAC) tickets related to logistics and acting to ensure customer satisfaction; * Ensuring daily and monthly inventory counts, as well as shelf-life controls; * Monitoring deliveries to major retail chains regarding scheduling issues and escalating to commercial support when necessary; * Supporting inter-warehouse transfers to prevent stockouts and overstocking; * Providing support to the local commercial team; * Assisting with fleet-related requests from the commercial area; * Tracking performance indicators within your area of responsibility, analyzing trends, and defining action plans for indicators showing deviations; * Conducting periodic meetings with your team members and partners to present goals and review results. 2512130202201823581
