If you are passionate about technology, enjoy teamwork, value people, are dynamic, and committed to continuous improvement, join our team. **Responsibilities and duties** * Ensure the proper functioning of the quality management system; * Support job posting dissemination and conduct initial resume screening; * Schedule interviews and provide logistical support during selection processes; * Support the organization of training sessions, events, and development initiatives; * Support the execution of climate surveys and performance evaluations; * Manage end-to-end selection processes for operational positions, including interviews, selection, tests, background checks, documentation review for hiring, and ongoing candidate support; * Support internal processes, including internal mobility, employee offboarding, and experience evaluation; * Manage and distribute uniforms, ID badges, and other materials; * Support onboarding activities for new employees; * Conduct supportive listening sessions with employees; * Support monitoring of programs developed by the department and internal project initiatives; * Perform other tasks related to the position, as determined by supervisors; * Know and comply with quality policy guidelines; * Know and comply with regulatory procedures applicable to your activity and department; . Organize individual or shared work environments. * Conduct preliminary resume analysis; * Propose topics and themes for training and personal development; .
