This professional will be responsible for leading shipping operations, ensuring efficiency in the organization, picking, and shipment of goods, as well as meeting deadlines and providing high-quality service. **Our products** Rebar, columns, trusses, stirrups, footings, mesh, and welded screens. **Responsibilities** • Plan and organize shipping activities, including product picking, verification, and dispatch; • Ensure the integrity and quality of goods during the shipping process; • Monitor and control the flow of incoming and outgoing products in the department; • Prepare productivity reports and performance indicators; • Implement and monitor good workplace safety practices; **Requirements** * Proven experience in shipping and logistics; * Knowledge of inventory control and management systems (ERP); * Good communication and organizational skills; * High school diploma (preferably a degree in Logistics or related fields). **Skills** * Attention to detail * Responsibility * Proactiveness and sense of urgency * Planning and organization **Education** * High school diploma (preferably a degree in Logistics or related fields).
