Focus on empathetic and efficient emergency response We seek an agile, empathetic, and proactive professional to join our 24/7 Assistance Center, providing support to members during emergencies (e.g., breakdowns, accidents, towing, etc.). Responsibilities include dispatching service providers, monitoring service requests, and ensuring empathetic and efficient service. **Responsibilities:** * Provide inbound customer service via phone, WhatsApp, or company system; * Register and monitor vehicle assistance requests; * Dispatch service providers and monitor service delivery until resolution; * Collect and validate member and incident information; * Clarify coverage and procedural questions; * Enter service interaction details into the system. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Customer service experience; * Telemarketing experience; * Basic computer skills and familiarity with systems; * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in insurance companies or vehicle protection firms; * Proficiency with mapping tools (Google Maps, Waze); * Basic automotive knowledge (mechanical and logistics fundamentals). **Behavioral Profile:** * Agility and sense of urgency; * Clear and empathetic communication; * Organization and attention to detail; * Emotional resilience; * Proactivity; * Problem-solving focus; * Team collaboration. **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 12-hour shifts with 36-hour rest periods, day or night shift.
