Join our family! ##### **HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT** * Conduct recruitment and selection (R\&S) processes; * Onboard new employees; * Monitor employee development on the floor and support calibration meetings for experience evaluation; * Implement motivational initiatives; * Manage job opening requests and internal transfers; * Provide employee support; * Support company-provided training programs; * Conduct exit interviews; * Support internal communications and coordinate initiatives with Endomarketing; * Ensure cognitive mapping and behavioral process management for the unit; * Monitor delivery of key performance indicators under your responsibility; **WHAT WE NEED:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in HR or Psychology; Experience handling high-volume HR/DP demands in the Retail or Wholesale sector; Proficiency in electronic timekeeping systems and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) management; Knowledge of HR metrics.
