




**Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide active and responsive customer service via phone, e\-mail, and in person; * Offer and quote hydraulic machine parts and services, ensuring agility and accuracy in proposals; * Prospect new clients and support B2B negotiations; * Prepare quotes, follow up on approvals, and ensure order closures; * Inventory control; * Monitor delivery timelines and after\-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention; * Provide support to the maintenance department, ensuring full coverage of commercial demands; * Achieve sales targets and individual performance indicators, contributing to the commercial results of Nordeste Equipamentos. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma (preferably technical or higher education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields); * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)** and ERP/CRM systems; * Strong communication skills, commercial mindset, and results orientation. **Desirable Skills** * Organization and leadership; * Agility and logical reasoning; * Empathy and interpersonal skills; * Negotiation and customer service.
