We seek a professional to stock and execute point-of-sale (POS) activities in accordance with industry strategies, replenish out-of-stock items in stores, secure prominent display positions at POS, ensure in-store contract execution, and cultivate good relationships with everyone. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute store activities following the EBDE steps; * Support the field promotion team by carrying out tasks directed by the supervisor; * Ensure our products are displayed in accordance with industry strategies and planograms; * Ensure in-store execution complies with our ESSENTIAL EXECUTION guidelines (Product Mix Availability, Planogram, Pricing, and Merchandising); * Monitor whether promoters correctly complete the research tool; * Train promoters in the field; * Address commercial requests as instructed by the supervisor; * Ensure merchandising materials are implemented at client locations per direction; * Ensure proper use and disposal of merchandising materials; * Implement merchandising materials correctly to secure additional exposure points at POS; * Assist consumers and answer questions when requested; * Ensure correct entry of required information into the research tool; * Participate in internal and industry training sessions as scheduled, and cascade learnings to the field team; * Attend team meetings as directed by the supervisor. #### **Requirements:** * Preferred: Currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. #### **Benefits:** Meal Allowance; Transportation Allowance; Medical Assistance (optional \- employee-funded); Dental Assistance (optional \- employee-funded); Life Insurance; TotalPass; Christmas Bonus.
