**Responsibilities:** Admission Processes: * Verification and validation of employee documentation; * Scheduling and monitoring of admission medical examinations; * Updating and registering employee data in internal systems; * Creating, organizing, and maintaining physical and digital files; * Managing and controlling signatures of employment contracts and admission documents. Probation Period Control: * Monitoring probation period deadlines; * Controlling due dates and contractual extensions; * Supporting communication with managers regarding confirmation or termination. Vacations: * Managing the acquisition and concession periods for vacations; * Planning and scheduling vacations with employees and managers; * Assisting with vacation calculation, verification, and system registration; * Organizing and archiving related documentation.
