




**Client Acquisition – Showroom** ==================================== We are seeking a professional to work on Client Acquisition at our Showroom! We are recognized as one of the best retail companies to work for in Brazil and offer a dynamic environment with real opportunities for professional growth. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor scheduled appointments in the Prospect, Lead, and Customer Relationship Management System and periodically initiate new contacts to increase the conversion rate of appointments into sales; * Verify whether the sales consultant’s responses addressed the client’s initial requests; * Contact the customer after the sales consultant’s appointment has been closed in the system; * Acquire in-depth knowledge of all products, including the features of all available models and versions; * Immediately forward the prospect’s counterproposal to the Sales Consultant if a sale appears likely; * Report results of follow-up activities to the Sales Manager, especially in cases of lost sales and any issues arising during customer service. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Proficiency with technology and systems; * Prior experience in customer service is a plus. **Benefits:** * Bradesco Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan; * Life Insurance; * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Voucher.
