We seek professionals to supervise and coordinate field teams, ensuring service execution in accordance with project specifications, deadlines, and quality standards. The professional will be responsible for leading operational activities and ensuring smooth progress of construction works. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and assign daily tasks to construction teams; * Monitor service execution in accordance with project specifications and technical requirements; * Lead both in-house and subcontracted teams, ensuring productivity and organization; * Control the use of materials, tools, and equipment; * Request and verify materials required for service execution; * Ensure service quality and correct non-conformities; * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety regulations (use of PPE); * Organize the construction site, maintaining cleanliness and safety; * Support reading and interpretation of technical drawings; * Report construction progress to the responsible engineer; * Assist in service measurement and physical progress control of the project; * Address day-to-day operational issues. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical training in the field preferred); * Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar role; * Knowledge of construction execution and team leadership; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Basic knowledge of occupational safety. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in (type of construction: civil, infrastructure, telecommunications, energy, etc.); * Experience with financed projects or public contracts; * Knowledge of productivity control and construction planning.
