




Job Summary: Implement and ensure WCM and Lean Construction standards within a pilot cell, propose improvements, and guarantee quality and standardization of construction processes. Active participation in the development and monitoring of technical procedures. **Job Description:** Ensure compliance with WCM and Lean Construction standards in the pilot cell, propose and implement improvements through testing and coordination with the Process Engineering team, ensuring quality and standardization of construction processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the Basic Management Unit (UGB) in meeting standards using current management materials; * Propose process and product improvements (Kaizens), considering safety, quality, productivity, and cost; * Monitor execution cycles of residential units alongside the pilot cell; * Conduct chronometric analysis of construction processes for residential units; * Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documents for construction processes; * Support training on current procedures and projects (layout, sequencing, etc.); * Disseminate knowledge of standards and best practices across other GAs, with support from supervisors and managers; * Provide technical monitoring in collaboration with Process Engineering; * Conduct GA evaluations through industrial audits, verifying quality and adherence to processes; * Ensure implementation of tests in the UGB and define standards via the pilot cell; * Prepare monitoring reports for tests conducted in residential units; * Participate in standardization staff committees with Process Engineering and other UGBs. **Minimum Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering undergraduate program, from the 5th semester onward; * 6 months of experience in the civil construction field. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday; * 44 hours per week. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance/food voucher; * Transportation allowance; * Day Off; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Education incentive; * Corporate partnerships; * Flexible maternity leave; * Childcare allowance; * Support from Instituto PIPA.
