Operational activity support and document control **Mission**: Support the company’s administrative routines, contributing to internal process organization, document control, and operational activity support, while developing systemic vision and management competencies. **Responsibilities**: * Organization and archiving of physical and digital documents; * Data entry and updating of information in systems and spreadsheets; * Support in organizing administrative documents; * Support for accounts payable and accounts receivable routines; * Support in scheduling and organizing meetings; * Support in executing internal campaigns and organizational initiatives; * Support in organizing administrative workflows and processes.
