Responsibilities and Duties * Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC), the School Pedagogical Project (PPP), and the curriculum content, utilizing educational technologies. * Identify class needs and organize learning activities. * Assess, record, and provide feedback on students’ performance. * Collaborate with the school team, families, and school administration. * Participate in meetings, pedagogical projects, and ongoing professional development. * Maintain pedagogical records and comply with requests from school leadership. * Provide individualized guidance and monitor behavioral aspects, reporting potential risk situations.
