Responsibilities and Duties * Plan and conduct classes in accordance with the BNCC, PPP, and curriculum content, utilizing educational technologies. * Identify class needs and organize learning situations. * Evaluate, record, and provide feedback on student performance. * Collaborate with school staff, families, and management. * Participate in meetings, pedagogical projects, and continuous professional development. * Maintain pedagogical records and comply with administrative requests. * Provide individualized guidance and monitor behavioral aspects, reporting possible risk situations. Requirements and Qualifications * Degree in Arts or related field. * Knowledge of art history, artistic techniques, and artistic languages. Desirable Requirements * Ability to develop creative lesson plans. * Capacity to stimulate students' creativity and expression. * Knowledge of artistic performance assessment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to work collaboratively with other educators.
