RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ensure food production with safety and quality, following recipes and brand standards. Prepare products and assemble orders according to customer requests—both in-person and delivery—always adhering to recipes, quantities, and assembly and packaging standards. Attend to customers courteously and serve pre-assembled orders, verifying each item to ensure delivery accuracy. Attend to customers courteously at the cash register, explaining the menu, accurately noting and recording orders. Proactively seek and make sales in the dining area and/or at the restaurant entrance by approaching present or passing customers, presenting the menu, distributing flyers, and offering products for tasting. Ensure cleanliness and organization across all restaurant areas, consistently observing brand standards, proper use of cleaning chemicals, and inventory organization guidelines. Ensure customer well-being and deliver a positive experience through consistent cleanliness and organization of the dining area, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
