We are seeking a **Cook** to join our team, tasked with ensuring the quality, flavor, and appealing presentation of served meals, thereby contributing to a pleasant and outstanding gastronomic experience. This professional will be responsible for planning and organizing meal preparation, coordinating mise en place, preparing dishes, sauces, side dishes, and desserts, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workplace. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and plate dishes according to house standards and kitchen instructions; * Ensure proper doneness, flavor, and presentation of served food; * Organize and supervise cleaning of food items, utensils, equipment, and work areas; * Monitor supplies, assist in inventory management, and request replenishments when necessary; * Strictly comply with food quality and safety standards. **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Prior experience as a cook; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Organization, agility, and attention to detail; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications** * Courses or training in Gastronomy or Food Safety; * Experience in restaurants, food courts, or industrial kitchens.
