Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Perform support and implementation activities across the Protheus modules: Tax Management, Finance, Accounting, and Fixed Assets. * Execute configurations, simulations, and functional tests to ensure system alignment with client business processes. * Monitor testing and identify/solve low- to medium-complexity issues, adhering to TOTVS methodology. * Provide technical and functional support to users (remotely and on-site), ensuring proper system operation. * Collaborate with the team to ensure project success and goal achievement. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in related fields (IT, Accounting, Business Administration). * Prior experience in Protheus TOTVS implementation and support processes (Tax, Finance, and Accounting/Fixed Assets modules). * Proficiency in configurations, routines, integrations, and functionalities of the aforementioned Protheus modules. * Knowledge of interfaces ATF (Fixed Assets), FIN (Finance), CTB (Accounting), and FIS (Tax) with Protheus Controller; * Availability for on-site client support when required. Desirable Requirements IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD: * Knowledge of ADVPL syntaxes (Standard Entries, CNABs). * Experience or knowledge in tax configuration.
