Join us on this journey! **Location:** Caruaru **Employment Type:** CLT **Department:** Compliance **What will you do here?** * Plan, implement, and develop strategic projects, policies, standards, and internal procedures related to Data Privacy and Compliance. * Implement standards and procedures, in collaboration with other company departments, to support the risk management framework. * Periodically assess compliance of internal or external processes and maintain existing policies. * Support execution of internal workflows aimed at preventing risks or harm. * Participate in projects to establish processes required by regulation (Law No. 14\.790/2023\), in partnership with specialized law firms. * Receive internal reports via internal channels, define investigation strategies, conduct internal investigations, and propose recommendations and corrective actions. * Prepare investigation reports upon request. * Complete forms such as Third-Party Due Diligence. * Conduct periodic meetings with employees, suppliers, contractors, and partners for strategic alignment. * Review documentation requests and decide whether to send them, based on departmental guidelines. * Send sensitive documents (e.g., personal documents of directors, C\-level executives, and legal representatives). * Monitor internal and external corporate actions to ensure security and compliance. Requirements: **What do we expect from you?** * Minimum one year of proven experience in Compliance. * Prior experience in gambling or financial sectors. * Completed undergraduate degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting. * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialized courses in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Compliance. * Advanced English proficiency, with ability to lead meetings, prepare reports, and handle technical documentation in a foreign language. * Knowledge of the gambling market, including its specific regulatory frameworks and inherent risks. * Experience in regulatory processes and adherence to specific legislation, including drafting and implementing internal policies.
