




Job Summary: The professional will process requests and feedback, resolve customer conflicts, assist with user registration, verify records, and support promotional activities. Customer service experience is mandatory Process customer requests and feedback (via chat, outbound calls, and in-person service) regarding service quality, handle objections, and resolve conflicts between service users. Assist passengers with registration in the mobile app, as well as support them in resolving issues related to their orders. Perform verification of photographic records. Assist the supervisor with promotional activities. We are looking for: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field. Experience in customer service and sales is a strong advantage. Positive attitude, friendly personality, and good communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
