We are seeking a **Retail Commercial Leader** to monitor daily performance indicators—including sales volume, ambassador productivity, and product mix (e.g., 5G, FTTH, and bundles). Lead and develop the full lifecycle of CLT and autonomous ambassadors—from recruitment and training through continuous field support. Plan sales base expansion and coverage, ensuring active presence and balanced representation between in-house and autonomous teams across all covered areas.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Ensure compliance with departmental standards, processes, routines, and policies;
* Monitor and analyze area performance indicators and define short-term actions to improve deliverables;
* Analyze and propose improvements to operational routines;
* Prepare and present reports, forms, spreadsheets, or documents to leadership as requested;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when required;
* Use individual and collective safety equipment when necessary;
* Perform other duties related to the position, as needed by the department and directed by leadership;
* Lead and develop the full lifecycle of CLT and autonomous ambassadors—from recruitment and training through continuous field support;
* Plan and ensure proper allocation of the sales force per tower to guarantee full territorial coverage;
* Monitor daily performance indicators—including sales volume, ambassador productivity, and product mix (e.g., 5G, FTTH, and bundles);
* Promptly address performance deviations by executing action plans aligned with Regional Coordination;
* Validate goal achievement with priority focus on quality—monitoring broadband and 5G cohort churn indicators;
* Identify and mitigate operational irregularities—including fraud, service non-usage, and zero-billing cases;
* Strictly apply channel policies regarding discount rules, deactivation, and loss of variable compensation;
* Identify high-potential autonomous ambassadors and conduct audits of their history and behavior to support transition to CLT status;
* Plan expansion and coverage of the sales base, ensuring active presence and balanced representation between in-house and autonomous teams across all covered areas;
* Report results, risks, and opportunities to the regional team, participate in management rituals, and propose process and business model improvements.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school (higher education in progress or completed in related fields preferred);
* Prior experience in direct or field sales (PAP);
* Experience leading commercial teams or serving informally as a team leader;
* Knowledge of direct sales and PAP;
* Familiarity with CAC, churn, and base quality metrics.
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Experience in telecommunications, services, or field sales is desirable.
