This professional will be responsible for the academy’s full management, acting across commercial, operational, and customer experience areas, ensuring service excellence and target achievement. Key Responsibilities * Lead unit operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all areas (weight training, group classes, and locker rooms); * Manage commercial strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention; * Monitor performance indicators and drive continuous improvement of results; * Ensure excellent customer service, promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty; * Lead, develop, and engage the team (instructors, interns, front desk, and support staff); * Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate operational coverage; * Supervise physical infrastructure, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance; * Address customer issues and manage conflicts; * Ensure compliance with network processes, standards, and methodology; Requirements * Experience managing teams; * Experience in customer service and relationship management; * Commercial mindset and results orientation; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and ownership mindset; Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the fitness industry; * Experience in the hospitality industry; * Experience in the restaurant industry; * Customer service experience; * Knowledge of operational management;
