Description: Provide support to academic coordination, always ensuring proper disciplinary flow in accordance with the student's internal regulations. Assist in guiding teachers, families, and students on pedagogical matters. Responsibilities and Duties * Inform, guide, instruct, and supervise the implementation of pedagogical projects and classroom, study, and examination routines; monitor the execution of pedagogical activities and delivery of related tasks; provide assistance for: Guidance regarding difficulties Conflict mediation Motivation and guidance for participation in projects; * Collaborate with other members of the pedagogical team to identify students' affective and emotional needs; instruct and guide on projects, classroom routines, studies, and examinations; contact families by phone and WhatsApp for guidance and resolution of routine matters. Monitor teachers and students during their daily activities, consistently serving as a guide aligned with the school's philosophy.
