Focusing on administrative routines and customer service Position: Tracking Assistant – 2 openings Employment Type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) Compensation: R$2,200 + R$700 (allowance) Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM About the Opportunity We are seeking a committed Tracking Assistant capable of delivering service, guidance, and assistance regarding installation, tracking, and member support within the Tracking Department. The professional will also schedule installations and contact technicians whenever necessary. Main Responsibilities * Schedule installations with both members (customers) and service providers (technicians); * Configure tracking devices; * Provide support to technicians and members whenever necessary.
