Strategic support on labor-related matters Job Mission: Provide specialized technical\-legal support to operations, performing contract analysis, real estate regularization, and assistance with labor-related matters, aiming to mitigate risks, ensure smooth internal processes, and guarantee compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze and prepare contract drafts—such as construction contracts, service agreements, and purchase-and-sale agreements—using standardized templates and company guidelines to ensure legal protection in daily business dealings with suppliers and customers. * Verify real estate documentation, analyzing property registry records, certificates, and encumbrances through inquiries at notary offices and competent authorities, to facilitate land acquisition and project regularization upon request. * Monitor the flow of contracts and amendments, tracking validity periods and guarantees via spreadsheets or management systems, to prevent financial losses and ensure continuity of construction and procurement operations. * Provide preventive labor-related support, assisting the HR department in reviewing employment contracts and third-party documentation, to reduce labor liabilities and ensure continuous compliance with current legislation. * Act as the liaison with external law firms, providing supporting materials for legal defenses and monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings, to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and timely compliance with procedural deadlines. * Organize and maintain the digital legal archive, cataloging documents, executed contracts, and certificates in designated directories, to enable rapid access to information by senior management and other departments whenever required. * Support Engineering and Commercial departments by clarifying specific legal questions regarding construction regulations or sales clauses, via concise legal opinions or meetings, to accelerate decision-making and business closing. * Guide and supervise the Legal Assistant, delegating operational tasks and reviewing completed work, to ensure quality and efficiency of legal support activities.
