**Mission:** Ensure the proper functioning of the company's information technology equipment and systems, providing technical support to employees and performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring agility and continuity in administrative and operational activities. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide first-level technical support to users, assisting in resolving basic hardware and software issues such as email configurations, network connectivity problems, and installation of essential programs, to ensure all employees can perform their daily tasks without interruptions. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals, carrying out cleanings, performance checks, minor repairs, and replacing components when necessary, in order to extend equipment lifespan and prevent unexpected failures. * Manage the IT equipment inventory, recording the arrival and departure of new devices, monitoring stock levels of parts and accessories, and keeping documentation updated for efficient control of company assets. * Configure and install new equipment and software, preparing workstations for new employees, installing operating systems and applications, and ensuring all devices are ready for use according to company standards. * Assist in managing networks and servers by monitoring network status, checking service availability, and reporting anomalies to external vendors or a supervisor when applicable, to maintain infrastructure stability and security. * Collaborate in implementing information security policies, guiding users on best security practices to protect company data and systems. * Document procedures and technical solutions, creating simple manuals and guides for resolving common issues, to facilitate user self-service and optimize support response time. **Requirements** * Technical education in Computer Science, Networking, or related fields, or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT; * Basic knowledge of operating systems, Office suite, and computer maintenance; * Experience in the field
