The professional will be responsible for supporting hiring processes, timekeeping, new employee onboarding, and on-site employee assistance. **Responsibilities:** * Assist with hiring, termination, and document collection; * Manage timekeeping, absences, medical certificates, and overtime; * Monitor team mobilization and demobilization; * Conduct onboarding of new employees and provide routine guidance; * Support data entry for the payroll department; * Maintain updated employee documentation and records; * Provide administrative support to the construction team and corporate HR department.
