Job Summary: A professional responsible for creating diverse visual content, institutional and digital graphic materials for various platforms and purposes—including commercial, educational, and engagement-related applications. We are a company with 10 years of market experience, serving nearly 2 million users across Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Creation of visual content for different social media platforms and formats: cards, carousels, stories, reels, and PDFs; * Creation of institutional graphic materials and visual identity assets; * Design of promotional giveaway items; * Development of commercial presentations; * Creation of educational content materials for clients; * Creation of engagement- and upsell-focused materials; * Design of layouts for new products; * Creation of website pages, landing pages, and general email templates; * Suggestion of social media content; * Support in developing materials for Customer Success (CS) and Support teams; * Support in developing materials for Human Resources (HR). **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Adobe software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; * Experience with Figma or XD is a plus; * Knowledge of design fundamentals: layout, color theory, typography, composition; * Familiarity with user interface (UI) design and user experience (UX) concepts; * Ability to think creatively and develop original visual solutions; * Skill in conveying clear and effective messages through design; * Collaboration with developers, marketing, and other team members; * Attention to precision and quality across all design aspects; * Commitment to staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies; * Familiarity with complementary AI tools. **At Winker, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$ 31.00 per day via CAJU card—no payroll deduction for the employee * Transportation allowance * Birthday leave * Weekly Friday social events * Fully equipped cafeteria * Relaxation area with billiards table and bean bags * After 6 months of employment: R$ 400.00 in flexible benefits—no payroll deduction for the employee * Dental insurance * SESC discount partnership **FULLY IN-PERSON WORK MODEL IN FLORIANÓPOLIS, SC**
