We are looking for a committed, proactive Maintenance Assistant eager to grow! If you are organized, enjoy hands-on work, and ensure everything operates smoothly, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities** * Support electricians with tasks and assist in disassembly, assembly, and maintenance of equipment; * Perform minor repairs on building structures, including painting, welding, carpentry, masonry, and unclogging drains and sinks; * Assemble scaffolding and temporary fencing, and install, remove, or replace signage; * Maintain and adjust tools, while keeping the work area organized and clean; * Conduct monthly readings of electricity, water, and gas consumption for mall stores. **Requirements** * Elementary or high school education; * Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems; * Experience in the maintenance field; * Must reside in Caruaru/PE. **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical course certification; * Completed high school education.
