Ensure quality and organization of the production process Description: * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Experience in feed factory production is a plus. * Assist in separating raw materials for production; * Add ingredients into the mixing hopper; * Weigh macro and micro ingredients to ensure correct ingredient addition during production and accurate weighing; * Verify scales according to IT.SGQ 006 and IT.SGQ 004 to ensure accurate weighing; * Program scales according to product derivation to achieve the expected weight; * Perform bag sealing to ensure all bags are properly closed and prevent contamination or losses; * Collect a sample from each product as specified, to maintain a counter-sample; * Close the production shift by verifying the number of empty bags remaining, checking the quantity of bagged products in dispatch, total production volume, and discarded quantity; all information must be recorded on the form for subsequent evaluation and batch release; * Operate the control panel and verify production orders; * Perform cleaning and organization of the area; * Ensure proper waste disposal by completing the waste tracking form to guarantee appropriate disposal of production-related waste; * Assist in product palletizing; * Stretch-wrap palletized products. 2511050202231848969
