You will be responsible for implementing complex solutions, ensuring the stability of the Fluig ecosystem, and integrating Artificial Intelligence innovations—working autonomously and with technical excellence within the team. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * **Advanced Technical Execution:** Develop and maintain highly complex backend components using Java and JBoss/Wildfly application servers. * **AI Integration:** Implement and optimize features leveraging Artificial Intelligence, consuming LLMs and utilizing orchestration frameworks to build intelligent solutions. * **Architectural Expertise:** Deeply understand the Fluig backend architecture, performing component analysis and organizing functionalities. * **Quality and Testing:** Develop automated tests (unit and integration) and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain product quality standards. * **Requirements Analysis:** Support the Product Owner and Specialist in translating business needs into detailed, technically feasible specifications. * **Technical Mentoring:** Support less senior developers (Analysts I and II) by resolving questions, reviewing code, and disseminating best practices. * **Documentation and Standards:** Record development steps and keep technical documentation up to date in our version control tools. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Experience: Solid experience in software development. * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in IT or related fields. * Required Hard Skills: * Advanced proficiency in **Java** (certification preferred). * Spring and Spring Boot frameworks. * Experience with Hibernate and RESTful WebServices APIs. * Solid knowledge of JBoss application servers. * Proficiency in databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL). * Experience with ALM tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, and Git. Desirable Requirements **IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD:** * **Experience in Artificial Intelligence** (Strategic Differentiator) * **Experience with LLMs:** Practical implementation experience integrating models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Llama. * **AI Frameworks:** Knowledge of Spring AI or LangChain for developing intelligent applications. * **Prompt and Data Engineering:** Ability to structure data flows that feed AI services efficiently and securely. * Knowledge of AWS service architecture. * Experience with distributed systems and microservices. * Frontend knowledge: HTML/JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, and FTL (FreeMarker).
