Conduct online sales by presenting products, answering questions, and assisting in selecting ideal items for pregnant women and mothers. Record orders and monitor the entire payment, shipping, and delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction. Perform after\-sales follow\-up, maintaining contact for customer retention and purchase experience tracking. Create customized kit, combo, and solution suggestions according to customer needs. Monitor store promotions and digital campaigns, ensuring accurate product promotion. Attend and record all contacts, orders, and customer information in the CRM, keeping history updated and organized. Support the team in digital marketing strategies such as message broadcasts, promotions, and seasonal actions. **Requirements:** Experience in online customer service and sales (WhatsApp, social media, or e\-commerce). Proficiency with CRM systems for recording contacts, orders, and customer information. Strong written communication skills, friendly demeanor, and professional attitude in digital interactions. Affinity with maternal and infant products, understanding the needs of pregnant women and mothers. Proactive, organized, and responsible in order and customer follow\-up. Ability to work in a team and achieve online sales targets. Availability during business hours and participation in training sessions. High school diploma required.
