We are looking for a **General Services Assistant**, an essential professional responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and well-kept areas, directly contributing to our guests’ positive experience. If you are dedicated, committed, proactive, and value a clean and well-maintained environment, this may be the ideal opportunity to join our team and grow professionally with us! **Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning and sanitization of hotel’s internal and external areas (reception, hallways, leisure areas, administrative areas, restrooms, parking lot, etc.); * Maintain furniture, equipment, and utensils, reporting any required repairs to maintenance; * Collect garbage and waste according to environmental and safety regulations; * Assist with minor maintenance and upkeep tasks when requested; * Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff; * Monitor and ensure appropriate use of cleaning supplies and equipment; * Support hotel events and activities as needed (e.g., setting up and organizing spaces). **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of cleaning, sanitization, and facility maintenance; * Familiarity with handling and storing cleaning products. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance, especially within hotels.
