Job Summary:
Performs electrical services, preventive and corrective maintenance on residential installations, equipment, and automation systems, ensuring safety and quality.

Perform electrical services during residential renovation projects and electrical system upgrades; Perform preventive and corrective electrical installation and maintenance for residential installations and equipment; Install and maintain electrical control systems and control panels according to specific project requirements; Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, building automation systems, transformers, circuit breakers, substations, and electrical panels; Install, replace, expand, modify, inspect, swap, and restore components of electrical networks using appropriate equipment and tools; Operate building automation systems to meet configuration change requests for associated equipment; Perform electrical repair, inspection, testing, and diagnostic activities to identify and/or analyze failures in residential systems, using specialized instruments, tools, and equipment, such as: Circuit breaker replacement; component and equipment replacement in electrical panels; Command and protection system testing, including open-connection busbar tests, switch operations, and electrical equipment operation. Use computer software and applications in performing job duties; Work safely, adhering to Occupational Safety regulations and using personal protective equipment (PPE); Prepare electrical sketches, sizing materials, components, and electrical load distribution for new installations and/or renovations; Maintain cleanliness, proper condition, and operational readiness of instruments, equipment, and work areas, observing the need for special devices and other equipment related to hygiene and process control; Support electromechanical interventions on motor pumps and electric motors, including standardized assembly and disassembly procedures, performing repairs, cleaning, calibration, and verification of commands and electrical protection systems; Understand isolation procedures, types of resins and insulating materials, as well as types of conductive materials; Perform other related tasks as required by service needs and higher-level instructions; Provide occasional emergency support to any maintenance department requiring immediate team assistance.
