




Description: About the position:* Professional with solid experience in personnel management and public pension systems, with particular expertise in analyzing and recording service time. Strategic involvement at the Public Defender’s Office, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy of functional records for Public Defenders and civil servants. In-depth capacity to interpret and apply pension and statutory legislation, with a critical perspective on the specific legal regimes governing legal and administrative careers. Main responsibilities:* Legal Analysis and Validation: Conduct detailed analysis and legal validation of Contribution Time Certificates (CTCs) and other documents proving service time, considering the specific nature of positions within the Public Defender’s Office. * Recording and Removal of Service Time: Record and remove service time in the Public Defender’s Office personnel management systems, ensuring correct accounting for retirement, allowances, and other benefits. * Pension and Statutory Legislation: Mastery and application of legislation governing Own Social Security Systems (RPPS) and the General Social Security System (RGPS), as well as the Civil Servants’ Statute and specific regulations applicable to the Public Defender’s Office. * Specialized Consultation: Provide technical and legal consultation to Public Defenders and other civil servants regarding service time calculation, recording, retirement, permanence bonuses, and other pension-related matters. * Process Management: Manage and monitor administrative processes related to recording, removal, and correction of functional data, interacting with pension and legal authorities when necessary. * Audit Support: Prepare documentation and provide information for internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and legality of records. * Tool Development: Propose and implement improvements to internal systems and procedures to optimize service time management and data accuracy. * Pension and Administrative Law: In-depth knowledge of pension regulations and public administrative law, with emphasis on civil service regimes. * Legal Interpretation: Ability to interpret complex laws, decrees, summaries, and case law, applying them to practical cases. * Critical and Detailed Analysis: Analyze and identify inconsistencies, ensuring documentary compliance assessments according to applicable law.
