




We are hiring: Senior Maintenance Planner? Job Mission Plan and control overhaul and heavy maintenance activities for large-scale equipment, ensuring safety, technical quality, on-time delivery, cost control, and high fleet availability for rental. ✅ Key Responsibilities * Plan complete overhauls and heavy maintenance activities; * Define technical scope, activity sequence, resources, and materials; * Develop, monitor, and update overhaul schedules; * Integrate planning with Operations, Commercial, Safety, and Procurement departments; * Ensure compliance with OEM manuals, technical standards, and legal requirements; * Control backlog, productive capacity, and workshop prioritization; * Standardize maintenance plans, standard times, and work packages; * Support final inspections, commissioning, and equipment release; * Serve as the technical planning reference for the Workshop. ? Education * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred); * Degrees in related fields will be considered based on technical experience. ? Experience * More than 2 years of maintenance experience; * Experience in overhaul workshops, heavy maintenance, or large-scale equipment; * Crane experience is a plus; * Prior experience in heavy equipment rental companies is considered a relevant advantage. ? Technical Knowledge * Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; * Heavy maintenance planning and control; * Reading and interpretation of OEM manuals and technical drawings; * Knowledge of metal structures, welding, and steel cables; * Safety standards applicable to cranes and large-scale equipment. ?️ Tools * Advanced Excel and/or Power BI; * MS Project or similar planning tools; * SAP (a plus); * LOC1 (a plus). ?
