Practical learning in culture management and administrative routines At FBR Digital, the Administrative Junior Apprentice works within the **Culture Management** area, primarily supporting the **Human Resources (HR)** and **Payroll (DP)** teams. Your daily activities directly contribute to organizational efficiency, internal process operations, and employee development. You will gain hands-on experience in the administrative routines of a modern company, building essential skills for your professional career. This position is 100% on-site at our office in Caruaru! Yes, we are located at Porto Digital – Caruaru. **Main Responsibilities:** Support departmental administrative routines; Organize, file, and digitize documents; Assist with spreadsheet control, internal systems, and recordkeeping; Support HR and Payroll processes, including document organization, onboarding, benefits administration, and internal controls; Assist in communication with employees via email, corporate WhatsApp, and internal platforms; Support internal projects and Culture Management initiatives; Assist with basic departmental financial organization and billing control; Participate in meetings, monitor activities, and learn from the team. **What will you learn?** You will develop skills in organization, communication, responsibility, teamwork, process-oriented thinking, and foundational knowledge of HR and Payroll—while experiencing the culture of a company that values people and growth.
