Support for maintenance and evolution of existing services and software **Main Responsibilities:** \- Provide support to business areas in SAP FI-MM/SD/CO modules \- Support and sustain departments including accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury, bank reconciliation, and credit card reconciliation; \- Work on specifications for new system functionalities; \- Support procurement of new market-available software; \- Develop test plans and assist users during validation; \- Support maintenance and evolution of existing services and software; \- Develop manuals and training materials for end users; **Requirements and Qualifications** \- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields; \- SAP FI Academy certification; \- Experience with SAP FI in the retail sector; \- Knowledge of SQL language.
